No New Posts Dues Increase
If the executive committee decides to increase the dues, how do you think the money should be used? Do you have ideas on using the money that would benefit the entire neighborhood? Should half of the money be used to help finance the pool operations? Your ideas and thoughts are needed.

No New Posts Ideas on Front Entrance
Most of you have seen the front entrance to Belmont West. Steve Linebaugh is working with the insurance company that has the motorist insured. Insurance should cover the cost of replacing the front entrance as it was before the accident. The association may want to take this opportunity to improve the front entrance by adding additional funds to improve the appearance upon entering your subdivision. If you have ideas on improving the entrance, express them here by replying to this board.

No New Posts Future of Belmont West Pool
The Belmont West pool has served the community well over the years but is needing some repairs to serve the future. There is some thought of increasing the dues of Belmont West and in return, every resident would have access to the pool. How do you feel about this suggestion?

No New Posts Unifying Covenants or Restrictions
There are nine different set of restrictions for Belmont West. Should the restrictions be re-written and have one set of restrictions for the entire subdivision? This is a chance to let other Belmont West residents know how you feel.

No New Posts WM or WCI
This is a discussion about the two primary waste management firms serving Belmont West. WCI of TN (blue containers and the newer brown containers) has a total charge of about $94.00 for a three month period while Waste Management (green containers) is about $30.00 less. Give your opinion of the firm that is serving you and why you think they are the best.

No New Posts Speed Limit in Belmont West
Signs are posted in the subdivision of the 25 mph speed limit (15 mph in school zone at certain hours), however, many people do not seem to see the signs or ignore them. In November of 2007, a child was hit by a car in our subdivision. We are all thankful the child was not seriously injured. Give your thoughts about traffic in Belmont West.
