Belmont West Subdivision is located just outside the Knoxville, Tennessee city limits on Cedar Bluff Road with the main entrance being Briarwood Boulevard. The development consists of approximately 280 units with the first houses being built in the 1960's. The most recent homes have been built since 2004. This convenient location is just one mile from I-40, and equal distance from West Town Mall and the new Turkey Creek Development. Both of these great shopping centers are only 5 miles away. Belmont West is only 20 minutes from  McGhee Tyson Airport using Pellissippi Parkway. The University of Tennessee is just 20 minutes away going East on I-40. The tree lined boulevard is a popular spot for walking and if one gets tired, there are benches for resting before resuming the walk.
